    i use a normal cookie recipe then add loads of ginger and cinnamon and ice them with red and green icing :)

    Well, sometimes I bake shortbread or gingerbread. I cut the pastry into different christmasy shapes like a star or reindeer, bake and decorate with icing and sprinkles :3 You can hang them on the tree (by poking a hole through the top of the biscuit before cooking and threading some string through) or give as christmas presents!

    I always bake my grandmother's candy cane oatmeal cookies, she gave me the recipe after I grew up and moved away. They are the best cookies ever.
