Question on Schooling?

My brother is currently a Freshman inn California at age 14, where the state allows exceptions where your child can start at age 4 as opposed to age 5 at all other states. Our parents are separated, so he is visiting his Dad over the Winter break. But his grades have been so terrible the first Semester that we believe the chances of graduating high school at this point are very slim, as Summer School (to make up credits) had been dropped from our high school due to budget cuts. But we believe that he may be given a second chance if he is schooled at Nebraska, where kids do not start school until age 5. For that very reason, we thought that enrolling him in 8th grade at that state will erase his current academic record at California as his semester grades have not been finalized yet (we believe). The question is will the state of Nebraska allow this to happen knowing (or not knowing) that the student that will be enrolled had attended a high school prior to the move? Or is it what they claim to say and it is true....Your academic record follows you everywhere and for the rest of your life.

I Believe that Nebraska will take the hard line and count his high school credits or lack of them. Go to the Nebraska high school and ask your question there. If the answer is favorable get it in writing./

the position i'm from public coaching isn't very solid so in case you want a robust coaching you need to attend to a private one. yet this extremely relies upon, some public colleges are very solid and some are very undesirable, only as some deepest colleges are very solid and others very undesirable.
