Employment application Help?
I'm 15, and I want to apply to a place, but I don't get some of the Employment Application questions...
So, under Education it says
High School - From - To, the name and location.
I understand the name of school and location, but I don't know what to write for "From - To"

Those are the dates you started and finished.
Put the start year and then 'present' in the "To" section. They'll know from your age that you're still in school.

Though the answer above will suffice, you may also complete the application as follows:
If a numerical answer is your only option (such as some online applications), you can opt to enter the date you started attending high school in the from section, and the date you expect to graduate in the to section. The fact the date in the to section is in the future implies your current attendance, and also shows them how much longer you have until graduation, which is helpful if the employer is seeking long term employees.
You may run into similar types of questions in, either the remainder of your current application, or future applications, in which there is no "exact" answer which complies with your individual circumstances. In general you should remind yourself that it isn't a multiple choice test, and filling out the application with the most relevant pieces of information you can think of not only provides the application reviewer with more information, but also shows initiative on your part. In speaking with employers, one thing that I find commonly frustrates them is that our generation can't handle the concept of creative thinking, for instance asking them about every little thing frustrates employers, they spend more time guiding you in doing the job to the point that they could have completed more work without you, whereas showing initiative and doing the best you can with your own judgment impresses employers and is a rather rare quality to find among younger employees these days.
Best of luck to you!
