yes. As with many fruits and vegetables, if you peel them the flavor is better.
You can safely put a kiwi in the juicer unpeeled but the flavor would be far too bitter.
Same goes with an orange... This is do the fact that the peels have more acids and a bunch of other stuff in them that helps keep the sweet fruit safe from the elements.
In anycase, yes, peel them unless you want a bitter juice with hair particles in it.

You don't need to peel anything before you put it in a juicer. Also, you can eat a kiwi without peeling it. So, no you don't have to peel it before you put it in a juicer.

i have a breville centrifugal juicer, never peel kiwifruit, and the juice is perfect (I will usually scrub them quickly with a potato brush first which removes most the hairs that would be loose enough to dislodge).

Probably you should peel the kiwi. Even if your blender blends it up well, there will be the little brown pieces of the skin floating around in your drink. So it is possible and not bad for you, but it will most likely add some unwanted lump-like texture
