Nurofen or Ibuprofen ?

............ Does anyone else find that Nurofen works better than the cheaper Ibuprofen ? ............ I told this to my GP and she laughed saying that they are the same thing ........... Thats as maybe So i wonder why Nurofen works for me and Ibuprofen seems to have no effect.

    I suppose its just your personal best. Different people react different to things and i guess neurone works best for you x x <3

    As far as I know they are the same thing but different brands may be slightly different such as nurofen quick release liquid capsules which work faster or nurofen plus which also has codeine in it.

    I m agree with your GP, Norofen is better then Ibuprufen.

    The contain of Nurofen are Ibuprufen and Codein.

    For using as a pain killer, nurofen almost the better than Ibuprofen itself.

    Its no doubt, if you said, you better using nurofen than ibuprufen,

    you are already addicted by codein inside nurofen.

    Aspro or asprin. Ones a brand, the other is the item.

    I consider it be a placebo.

    there is no difference one is just an expensive brand name
