Best LONG LASTING PENCIL eyeliner?

Please be more specific. Are you wearing this over the whole eye, just the upper or lower lash line, or are you using it on your waterline? It's not that safe to wear liner on your waterline (and can make eyes appear quite harsh and small), but this area will also cause faster and easier smudging since it's a moist area. Lower and upper lash line area can smudge due to it combining with oil on your face, so using a powder to set or applying something like a primer beforehand can help prevent much of the smudging. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion without any smudging with my super soft liners. For specific liners, you might have better luck with water-proof brands. I like Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes myself, but I've not had any serious issues with smudging since I started using the UDPP. It may also be application. If you apply too much, it will be more likely to smudge. And you could always try using eyeshadows wet as eyeliner, which might not smudge in the way pencil liners do, and you can still add a bit of dry shadow over it to soften up the edge or blend it easily with a clean brush (I use the EcoTools brushes, their eye shading brush for blending). To apply it wet, I spray my brush with water and remove excess, then dip in the powder (if it's a pressed shadow, I either scrape product off first or apply the shadow before spraying with water, then mix the water and shadow on my hand to get the right consistency; I do the mixing on my hand with loose shadows as well)

It's Makeup Forever's Aqua Eyes. 0L is the blackest eyeliner, and it doesn't fade or smudge. Because MU4E is an artistry brand, all of their lines, whether be eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, etc. comes in a lot of pretty and exotic colors. It won't be hard to find everything you are looking for. I'll wear my 0L pencil and rub my eyes, sleep, cry, etc. and it still remains! love it

I've had succes with StyliStyle (in Waterproof) from CVS. I've worn it while swimming, and it stayed.

i use revlon colorstay eyeliner on my top lid, and it's more like a crayon, but i do like it
