Is the United States officially at War with any country?
I keep hearing people say that the United States is "at War" Is it offical? Has war been declared?

The United States has not officially declared war since Dec 7, 1941. So no we are not technically at war right now.

Was has never been declared by Congress. The last time Congress has ever declared war was WWII. Every war has been don either by executive orders, or by UN resolutions.
That is why these "wars" are never won. There is no clear enemy and no clear end. Examples: Vietnam War, Korean War, Gulf Wars, Iraq War etc. All of these non-declared wars and end with the US pulling out after political and/or economical reasons.

No the current wars are considered "Operations" the US hasn't officially declared war since WWII congress has to vote to declare war.

The Korean War I believe was never finished well no surrender document or withdrawal of troops so I guess it is still a war, either with the US or UN with multiple nations involved, my history is not too good here
