What about cuddling, holding hands, taking her out on a date, talking about old times and be thankful that you two have conversations about the past?
Do not put her in a position that will make her anxious or uncomfortable. She might think that she has to perform as if she were a teenager in order to keep you happy. Just as your body change, so does her. As you know when we get in our late sixties, we can not do as youngsters in their 20's in certain situations. If you feel that it is important to her as well as you, why not ask her? It is not fair to either of you if she does not desire intimacy and you do. It should be a two way street.
