Both names are nice. Evalina is more unusual and unique, so she would probably be more remembered with that name but Arianna also has a nice vibe and portrays a strong personality.
Evalina could be given the nickname Eva while Arianna, Ari or Anna.
I would go with Evalina it seems more unique and portrays beauty and gentleness with a hint of bravery better.

Well, Arianna means "Very Holy one" in Greek, and Evalina means "Life" in Hebrew or possibly "Desired one" in French and English.
From your small description, I can't really say which name would "Go" with the character or suit her more, but I quite like the sound of Evalina, So I'll pick that one.

Woah, you just practically described one of my best friends, except my friend has blonde hair. Her name is Arianna (pronounced the same way), so I think Arianna would fit the best.
