I am a project manager who would like to add value to my career. Are companies still looking for Project Management Professionals (PMPs)?

    Definitely, you should have PMP if you wanted to move ahead your career in project management. Most of the fortune 500 companies are hiring project managers with PMP credentials. PMP is value addition in your resume which indicates your professionalism expertise in dealing projects.

    Most large companies have project managers that oversee the development and production of projects.

    Not any more, they are only looking for PMs with Prince II experience.
