Book help? Really simple yes or no?

No, unless if it was artfully done. Some people like to read about cannabilism the with the safety of the fact that it 'isn't actually happening'. Cannabilism is pretty gross, I don't really know if you're writing in the sense of like, native canibals like in the Pirates of the Carribean or regular people forced to be cannibals like the people who's plane crashed into the mountainside and they had to eat somehow until they were found. Personally, I don't care about it because it's just writing, it's not hurting anyone. It's morally gross, for me, however so I wouldn't read it but 10-1 plenty of people will. So yeah, it may not be Shakespeare or the next Harry Potter but you'll get paid.

Most likely, no. There are probably some people who *would* read it, but I suggest starting another book that LOTS of people will read.

I would read it, just out of pure interest. I'd probably pretend I was reading about Vampires though, or aliens haha.
