Why is the Wikimedia UK charity covering up simple questions?

It appears that now that the Wikimedia UK has gotten their government's permission to operate as a "charity", they don't want to answer any questions about the possibility that they fraudulently misstated to the Charity Commission their role in controlling the content on Wikipedia. It's all over the news: http://www.examiner.com/wiki-edits-in-national/wik...

Update:

As for the tirade response (not an answer) from "Duncan", we'll all note that he's answered more than 120 Yahoo questions in the past three days, but this is the only one answered in the "Wikipedia" category. One might suggest he's a part of the Wikimedia UK conspiracy, having been canvassed off-site to respond to the very clear facts with a bunch of hand-waving. It doesn't reflect well on the Wikimedia UK, that's for sure.

The Wikimedia UK charity is covering up certain serious issues simply because they are able to do so. They have good enough lawyers to effectively silence their critics, and they have enough money to run smear campaigns against anyone who speaks out. It is utterly pathetic.

Your username being what it is, I assume you are Kohs or work for him at http://www.mywikibiz.com/Main_Page (the irony!). Other people with no clue about what is going on: the guy is an eternal Wikipedia and Wikimedia "critic" (euphemism for that familiar 5-letters word under which he is more known in the community).

Source(s): You know, when I read articles about the wiki-world online and want to comment? Kohs has already had his say. Always.

You say "It's all over the news:" could you provide some relevant information:

rather than a link to the usual soapbox, ranting, ill-informed blog...
