what is going on with my boyfriend?
I'm in a long distance relationship. We text more than we talk. He doesn't always respond right back. I got mad and he said, "If he doesn't respond don't be discouraged." When I call his phone, his voicemail is filled to capacity and I can't leave a message. What could be going on? I want to break things off but he doesn't want to but, I can't take it anymore.

Long distance relationships are tricky, and it takes two people willing to sacrifice a LOT to make it work. If one person is giving more than the other, it is not going to work out. He has to be in it as much as you, and it doesn't sound like he is trying like you are.
Is he extremely busy with school or work? I mean if he's just not responding back within 5 minutes, that is kind of ridiculous to think there is something going on. At least give him 20 minutes to a half hour to respond.
He should at least fix his voicemail so that you can leave him a voicemail, I do agree with that part.
You guys need to have a serious talk on the PHONE, not text, and talk about what you guys want out of all of this. There needs to be some sort of a plan with long distance.
