How much will you have to owe when you apply for financial aid?
I am 14 years old and will start high school next September. I was wondering when you apply for financial aid when you get ready for college how much will you have to owe back. I know it depends what you spend money on but what is the average money you have to owe back? I'm just curious...

If you get grant money then you don't have to pay any of that money back, that's free money for you to go to school with. If your classes, books, room and board go over the amount of free money then you have to pay for that. You can take out student loans to cover those cost and you don't have to start paying them back until 6 months after you graduate, but it's best to take out as few loans as possible.
