How does Ron Paul plan to end the Fed?

How exactly does Ron Paul plan to end the Fed? Paul has very little support and even those in his own party see him as fringe. How exactly does Ron Paul plan to end something that so many will fight to preserve?

Update:

Little POLITICAL SUPPORT. It isn't just like he can wave his hands and make it so. The Fed has been around for just about a century. Do you really think it is just going to let itself be killed by Ron Paul without a fight?

    Easy question . Don't renew their charter . Step 2 : cancel the debt to the Fed .
