It seems Virginia is poised to pass two of the most restrictive anti abortion bills in the nation. The first bill grants personhood and makes no exception in case of rape or incest. Meaning that a woman who is raped will be forced to carry the baby to term and pay all of the costs that come with it. The second bill, in case the first bill does not pass, forces women to undergo an invasive vaginal ultrasound before getting an abortion. Considering the fact that Republicans want to undo the Healthcare Reform act how do they actually expect these women to pay for the children they are being forced to have?

It seems conservatives are so awkward and strange that they need a dating seminar. These people want to lead the country and impose their beliefs on the rest of us and they can't even get a date? What are your thoughts?

It seems New Hampshire Republicans want to make lunch breaks optional. They have recent put forth a bill that would allow employers not to give lunch breaks. Their rationale is that employers will simply give lunch breaks based on the goodness of their hearts and not on their profit margins. How well would that work?

"Back in 2005, Walmart was forced to pay $172 million for denying workers their lunch breaks. Pyramid Breweries Inc. settled a case in 2008 for $1.5 million. Just a few months ago, California ordered Embassy Suites to pay workers tens of thousands of dollars for forcing them to skip breaks." So now that we know what Republicans have in store for workers, do you trust them with your lunch?

This is probably due to the fact that Romney's former company, Bain Capital, just happens to own Clear Channel Radio and Premiere Radio , the syndicator of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Fox News Radio Network, and just for a little variety, Randi Rhodes and Jesse Jackson.

Bain Capital bought these companies just before Romney's 2008 bid.

I am a bit confused every time I hear someone speak about how deregulation will make the economy better. It was a lack of adequate regulation that allowed investment houses to infect the world with bad debt while making a profit off them. It was the simple fact that many of the banks were allowed to pick their own regulators that led to this crisis. How is it that loosening regulation and allowing the forces of the free market to pick at the remnants of the economy going to improve things?

China is a truly a Communist country that controls its media, does not have free speech and jails journalists and activists for speaking out against the government. Should a country like this be allowed to wrap itself around an America media company? Will they start censoring yahoo? How exactly does Ron Paul plan to end the Fed? Paul has very little support and even those in his own party see him as fringe. How exactly does Ron Paul plan to end something that so many will fight to preserve?

The Right seems to be in a permanent state of war. If it isn't the war against Christmas then it is the war against Christians. If it isn't the war against traditional values then it is the war against whites. Let's not forget the ever present danger of taking away their guns. The media is supposedly against them as is the government, the entire educational system, Hollywood, climate scientists...etc etc etc. Do they really believe there is a vast liberal conspiracy to destroy them or is it really just a case of circling the wagons against an imaginary threat?

Slippery Newt's next big idea is to attack the Supreme Courts of states and the Federal Supreme Court. Newt wants to make Justices impeachable based upon their rulings. This flies in the face of the three branches of government thus weaken the Judicial branch. Why is this being done? The right wing wants the ability to create laws that are unconstitutional and they don't want judges to get in their way. The Supreme Court is called that because it is supposed to be above petty political squabbles. Now slippery Newt and the right wants to change that.
