I think you should improve your spelling and coherency before thinking about sending a complaint. But Skyrim is a good game. Also you can't be up in arms when they refuse to take it back after you had bought it new. That's why you buy it used from a place like GameStop so that in seven days if you don't like it you can return it with no problems.
