Would this be healthy to reach my weight loss goal?
Hey so to keep my current weight I am suppose to eat roughly 3300 calories a day But on Chronometer, its telling me to eat 1700 for weight loss, I was wondering if that is too much of a difference? Also if I was working out with weights, would it be better to work tri bi chest ab and leg, and some shoulder and back a day, not as intense, or to just work specific areas more intense throughout the week? Thanks sorry if this sounds dumb

1700 is for the normal population to lose weight. Being that you work out so much, 1900 or 2000 should be able to allow you to lose weight without dropping too quickly.
