I am currently going to Physio, but got some questions I want to ask as of right now, I recently learned that I pinched my L4 nerve (or I think), It caused severe pain down my left leg, as of today I have figured out that I can not flex my left calve, nor from a standing position can I "flex" my toes, so they bend upwards, I am assuming this is because my nerve is weak? hopefully not for good, Just wondering If anyone has an insight to whether or not this problem will go away with time, or are my nerves in my left leg gone bad for life?

I hurt my back a while ago, I went into the doctor, told me my spine at the lower of my back curves to the right, says I was to go to physio therapy to fix my soreness, I stretched it out the other day and my legs, and now my left calve and below is tingly and in some spots sore, wondering what this is, i Google and its all saying I have nerve damage in my spine.

Does it matter what I take, from Animal Biology to Molecular Genetics, with that 4 year degree am I still able to apply and hopefully enroll into med school? Or do I need a certain degree to get in? I wish to be a surgeon.

My dog won't go poop often times at night, but alas in the morning he has **** in the kitchen, I'm ready to get rid of him because all it does is cause huge arguments between my father and I, or is there anything else I can do? Hey so to keep my current weight I am suppose to eat roughly 3300 calories a day But on Chronometer, its telling me to eat 1700 for weight loss, I was wondering if that is too much of a difference? Also if I was working out with weights, would it be better to work tri bi chest ab and leg, and some shoulder and back a day, not as intense, or to just work specific areas more intense throughout the week? I am in serious need of losing weight, and I was wondering what some good foods are to eat? Every day I eat egg whites made into an omelette with a cup of peppers onions mixed in, with 2 pieces of 20 grain bread fruit and 1.5 liters of water, YUM. For lunch I eat something different every day, this is usually were i fail, (What is something good for me, and will keep me full for about 5 hours?) and supper I vary from eating Fish Chicken or Turkey, and sometimes Extra lean ground beef, always with a side of salad no dressing, broccoli and another 1.5 liters of water, I workout every day, and I take a protein shake every time afterwords, 35 gram of whey isolate protein, is this a healthy diet? Will I eventually with determination and perseverance reach my goal of not being fat and being ripped? or should i change my diet? I really need help with that lunch part too! please and thanks

Ill be cooking a lot of Chicken Fish Turkey, and Beef in the next few months, as part of my diet and i was wondering, What is a good healthy way to prepare these foods? I am at a loss besides just cooking them with nothing on them, bare chicken and what not? any suggestions? would be greatly appreciated! usually be eating them with like brown rice, and a lot of vegetables!
