Casual Dinner Date Outfits?

So first let me tell you it's cold and snowy where I live, so I will have a heavy jacket on, but I will be taking it off.

On Friday, I have an all day date. We are going snowboarding all day, but we each are driving our own cars there. After, we are going to a casual dinner at a nice Italian place. But on the way there, there's a parking lot I'm pulling into and changing in my car (doing my makeup really quick as well, it only takes me 5 mins). I'm wearing my hair in a braid while boarding, so it will be all pretty and wavy when I take the braid out for dinner. I basically now need a simple but really cute outfit to wear for cold weather. I think I'm wearing dark skinny jeans and flat black boots, but what about top!? I'm tall and skinny by the way, will semi fair skin and brown hair [: thanks!
