Do I need to use different words (parody help)?

I am making a parody-ish video about "the hunger games" that is no longer than 2 minutes long, and I am summing it up with the most important scenes. So, which of the following am I allowed to use as a script for my parody:

The Same Words (as in the book),

Some of the same words,

or

I have to make up a completely different dialogue?

This is assuming I do not ask Suzanne Collins or anyone for permission about anything.

I believe you can use the same words, so long as you write a disclaimer in the "about" section when you post it.

A lot of people create fan vids with clips and songs that belong to other people, and list the people who own the rights to the material. I'm not one hundred per cent certain, but I know there are many hunger games fan vids out there already with actual clips, photos, audio grabs, and words from the books.
