Wondering if there is a way to adjust headlights on a 2007 Toyota Camry?

On our 07 Camry the headlights suck on low beams. They do not shine high enough to see clearly at night. It's like they shine in a horizontal pane and it go's from light to dark right at eye level. It's a strait line from light to dark. You can see this when I pull up to the garage door how it's a strait line and don't radiate high enough. They are very poor. I have already cleaned and polished the plastic lens with a kit but still they suck.

Anyway I looked but could not find a way to adjust the aim of the headlights. Does anyone know if they can be adjusted a bit?

I saw someone I know has fog lights on his Camry and they are so bright, brighter than the headlights, blinding bright. I don't want to go that route.

Yes, they can be adjusted. Read your owner's manual. Just make sure that as you make these adjustments you don't end up with the high-beam headlights shining too high and blinding people.
