Being in hospital isn't the best place to be, it may seem that way but most people come out worse than they were in the first place. When I went in my depression and anxiety got worse due to being around people who were so ill with schizophrenia, bipolar etc. Their behaviour obviously could not be helped but they had very scary behaviour and I was threatened quiet a lot which made things worse, I had a panic attack after being threatened and told I was going to be beaten up! The best thing for people with metal illnesses is to go to the doctor and ask for a referal to a psychiatrist (obviously explain why) and get a good outpatient programme going, they help so much and the doctors have a lot more time for you than they do in the hospital. In the hospital they want you in and out as fast as they can as well as having a lot more patients to deal with in a day, with a doctor on an outpatient programme you get their full attention for a couple of hours every week and they help a lot with people who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Good luck x

The 2 that answered are disgusting. You guys don't know how much people go through, do everyone a favor and leave yahoo if you're not going to help! Sick.

And go to a counselor and tell her everything! Or to a doctor. They will prescribe you medicine! Good luck, be strong <333
