My iPhone 4 with iOS 5 is stolen and I wanna know how to find it?
I have the find my iPhone App and google latitude in my cellphone and both of them are active, my Cellphone needs a pass code, however www.me.com website already said it's offline. any advise on that?

The FMiPhone app isn't for finding that phone; it's for finding other devices.
Unless you have a mobile me account that you didn't upgrade, you should be going to icloud.com instead.
Unfortunately, if your iPhone is 'offline', the best thing you can do is send a message with contact info and offer a reward for its safe return and wait for someone to turn it on/charge it so that they'll see the message. There's nothing else you can do, unfortunately.

if its activated you can go to your server and tell them your phone was stolen and the will track it or give you a new one.
