My Gliders are escaping! I have NO idea how!?

The cage they are in has 1/2 inch spacing. The night before last, 1 escaped, last night BOTH escaped! I don't know where they could possibly be getting out of the cage. I searched and have not found any place they could get out through! They are probably out a few hours and they are thirsty and hungry, but it is morning, so they go right in their pouch! HELP!!!!

Update:

Listen Missy, you should read the question before you answer. They are getting OUT OF THE CAGE SOMEHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well firstly since the Largest bar spacing sugar gliders should have is 1/2 and inch then maybe if yours are young they are squuezing out through the bars?

It's buy some cheap wire mesh from the a DIY store and cable tie to the the outside of the cage so they can't get out though the bars. If they still get out then i have no idea.

    Good luck
