dude this person means if it wasn't around b4 and it was just introduced would it be made illegal. and the answer depends on who is in the government and what not, but it probably would be made illegal at first i think the matter would play out allot like pot excluding the fact that drinking alcohol has no medical benefit excluding the simple glass of wine a day but honestly who drinks one glass of wine? if ppl r drinking its usually to get at least buzzed

It is typically rated as the 5th or 6th most dangerous drug by all epidemiological-based rankings. This places it somewhere between Ketamine and Street Methadone to give perspective. Therefore it would be a Class A Drug and be illegal to produce, supply or possess if introduced now.

Good question- i think it might just be. Look how much trouble the stuff causes!!! Alcohol- the cause of all the dumb sht i've ever done in my life!

It isn't illegal to drink alcohol....
It's is illegal to drink alcohol underage and to drink while driving -.-
