Fertility after two abortions and copper coil?
Last year I had two surgical abortions and I had the copper coil put after last one.. I've decided to have the copper coil removed after really bad periods and pains and wanting to have another baby I have two children already 5 yr old and 23 month old. I'm just wondering if it will affect my fertilty.

Hi there,
It sounds like you are very fertile.
Abortions and the copper coil should have no effect on your fertility or your ability to carry a healthy baby to term. Some late-term abortions can damage the cervix and cause a tendency to deliver prematurely. If you see the doctor regularally, they should be able to know if this is a possibility in your case, and take a small stitch in your cervix until you're ready to deliver.

How could u have 2 abortions in 1 year???? If u didn't wanna get pregnant use a dam condom of b.c. && u knoe there's ppl out there that wanna have kid and they can't??? I hate ppl like u srrry... butt this is retarded
