Can one Xbox Live Gold Membership be used for all users on the same console?

My sister and I play on the same console. I have Xbox Live Gold Membership. Can it be used for my sister’s account?

    No it's one gold membership per account.

    Generally No. Microsoft has some special Family pack deal where you could do this. But no. If you only purchased Gold on one account. That account is the only one capable of using the gold. It doesn't transfer over through accounts. However items downloaded from Xbox Live do.

    I think if you get the family pack live gold membership up to four account can be used but for the same card? I dunno
