Personally, I believe that Bart Starr is the best quarterback in Green Bay Packers history. In fact, I would even go as far to say that Bart Starr is the greatest quarterback in NFL history.

Bart Starr, he not only has 2 SB mvp's, and 2 rings, he has also dedicated most of his life to the Green Bay community, CLASS ACT. Favre is 2 and Rodgers is 3.

C'mon - how do you argue with Favre. Starr was a game manager - he handed the ball off time after time again. Favre never had a decent running game - he had no choice but to fling that ball all over the field. I know - you can say that Starr had more rings. Well that goes for Griese also - was Bob G better than Marino? Favre put GB back on the map. Although he better watch his back because Rodgers looks pretty amazing.

Bart Starr because he called his own plays, and won the first 2 Super Bowls.
I would put Aaron Rodgers #2 because of his accuracy and Super Bowl MVP
Bret Favre #3 he won 3 league MVPs but only won one Super Bowl and never was Super Bowl MVP.
Don Majikowski as #4 he was the starting QB when Bret Favre arrived.
