How to get a disposable camera look on a digital photograph with GIMP 2.0?

I really like the look that disposable cameras give. It's kind of a faded/authentic look, but I can't afford to keep buying disposable and getting it developed when I have a great working digital camera. Does anyone know how I can make a digital photograph look as though it was taken with a disposable camera, preferably using the software GIMP 2.0??

There are oodles of plug-ins and actions available for Photoshop and Gimp that give that effect.

No, it's still just a disposable camera. It's just suppose to take better pictures. You can't see them instantly like a real digital camera.

use something like pixlr.com if you really want to ruin photos...
