How do I get rid of this virus?

Avast is telling me that I have a number of viruses in my "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp" file, and I tried to remove them but every time I reset, it happens again and again. I also tried Malwarebytes (quick scan) but it did no good. How do I get rid of it?

Run Malwarebytes again, but this time do a FULL SCAN but do it while in SAFE MODE.

What safe mode does is stops these files from starting up so gives Malwarebytes a better chance of removing all these files. Also, a FULL SCAN scans more files so could pick up more files too.

Try that and that should fix the problem for you.

Some malware is actively running, and that makes it hard to remove, rkill can shut it down so it can be properly removed. Rkill is a small executable, no need to install. READ THE DESCRIPTION.

After rkill has run successfully, run a FULL scan with MBAM, and then a full scan with Avast.
