They never were a political force, as they were supported only by the illiterate, unemployable, semi-criminal fringes of C2DE England. A case of the sad and the bad led by the barking mad.
And they aren't actually 'reduced to political incompetence, impotence and infighting.' They were always characterised by it.
Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say. And would social services now please invoke the Mental Health Act to section their 'leaders,' as they should have done long ago?
