I can't upload a video to youtube, how can I fix it?

I click "Upload" from Youtube homepage then I select my video, it sends me to the upload page and says "Uploading.. 0%" but it just stays like that forever. The video won't upload.

I don't know what causes that. The only reason I could think of is that I blocked Java's last automatic update but I allowed it later so it should be working. I also tried AVG internet security but it didn't change a thing.

I tried with my 2nd channel and it worked perfectly but I need to upload the video to my main channel.

Can anyone help?

I can't access the router and all, it's a public network =(

@Luis I attempted to do that as well but with no success.

    Hi.I recommend you to erase all your cookies and all your history from your browser (Firefox or explorer or google chrome).and the use "ccleaner"

    Then you will be able to watch videos in youtube

    Also It happened to me before

    yea, maybe there is a proxy blocking the upload, if your connected to a router, maybe disccount your ethernet from the router and hardwire it directly to the modem, then try again!
