Can you exchange your broken droid for an iphone if you have insurance?
I broke my droid the other day, like the touchscreen doesnt work anymore since i dropped it but i have the verizon cell phone insurance so could i like get it traded in for an iphone instead of just fix my droid. my droid costed 200 dollars to so it would be the same price as an iphone?

I feel like generally with insurance and protection programs they will just replace your phone with the same phone. You don't usually get to choose what you get back. If they cannot replace your device with the same one because it is no longer available then usually they will pick one for you that is of equal or greater quality and value. I doubt you are going to be able to get an iPhone but I suppose it doesn't hurt to try.

nope you can't get a different phone type you only get a replacement phone.
like if the touchscreen is not working they will give you a new phone.
