need help with the P90x diet?

Hi i need help making a 7 day meal plan i don't mind eating the same meal plan everyday :) because I'm confused on what to do and i get so worked up about it all then get more confused about it so could you help me out would be nice :)

I'm in phase 1 Level 2 and i need about 2,400 cal

I need 7 servings of protein, 3 dairy, 1 fruit, 4 veg, 1 fats, 1 carbs, my snacks are DBL bar and drink and 2 condiments

this is the list of foods i have chosen but don't no how to make a meal plan out of it :(

Proteins

each serving = 100 cals

Chicken breast 3oz

Egg whites 6

Tuna 3oz

Salmon 3oz

Carbohydrates

each serving = 200 cals

Bagel whole wheat 1 medium

Baked beans 1 cup

English muffins,whole wheat, 2

Oatmeal 1cup

brown rice 1cup

Dairy

each serving = 120 cals

Cottage cheese 1% 1cup

feta cheese 1oz

Skim milk 8oz

Yogurt nonfat plain 8oz

Fruits

each serving = 100 cals

Apple 1 medium

Banana 1 medium

Cherries 1 cup

Blueberries 1 cup

Strawberries sliced 2 cups

Vegetables

each serving = 50 cals

1 cup = cooked veg,veg juice or veg soup

2 cups = leafy greens

Asparagus

Broccoli

Celery

Cucumber

Lettuce

Mushrooms

Peppers

Spinach

Tomatoes

V-8 juice low sodium

Condiments

each serving = 2 tbsp = 50 cals

Mustard

Fat free dressings

Double serving = 200 cals

Soy nuts 4 oz

Nuts(almonds Cashews pecans) 1 oz

Protein shake

Would be nice if somebody could make me one because i wanna start p90x but it's pointless without a meal plan :)

    I started P90X and had to throw the Nutrition Plan aside because they had so much junk in it that just keeps you dependent on the program and the supplements. Junk like wheat products even whole wheat should be avoided because it will turn into sugar and fat. Just quitting sodas and wheat products will drop so much weight that you will not even need P90X as a weight loss program. The Soy nuts should also be avoided. Any soy product is to be avoided because soy has an element that blocks the body from being able to absorb and process protein. The P90X people came out with another Nutrition Plan because so many like myself saw all the trash their old Nutritionist put in the old plan and complained about it. Canola oil is absolute garbage and any Nutritionist that would say otherwise is most likely being paid by Canola to do so. Forget the salad dressing and mayo and just use Pure Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on your salads. Learn everything you can about fermented foods and Kefir and Greek Yogurt. Those are the best foods to eat along with all whole foods. Quit all processed foods because the chemical preservatives are toxic to the human body and the only thing your liver can do with those chemicals is to wrap them up in fat and store them around your belly.

    P90X is pointless if you have a real nutritionist who can direct a real meal plan for your metabolism type. I eat chicken breast and fish a lot. I cook a big pot of dry beans every week that makes a dozen or so meals. I fix a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I eat any fruits before 1 PM to give my body time to burn those sugars during the day and have no sugars left to turn to fat over night. I drink 1/2 oz of pure water per pound of body weight every day. A glass of water 15 minutes before each meal and a glass of water no sooner than 45 minutes after each meal. The water is important in flushing fat away. I eat 5 meals a day. The meals are smaller than they would be if it were 3 meals and two of the meals are snacks like an Avocado by itself. I have a garden and can get lots of dark leafy greens every day.

    The whole idea is not to slow down your metabolism but to speed it up. Diets slow down your metabolism and your body thinks it is starving so its defense is to store up everything it can in fat.

    Source(s): I went from 212 lbs down to 170 lbs. My Triglyceride level was 405 and now it is 49. All my Doctor can say is "Wow". He was wanting me to be on blood thinners for the rest of my life and I showed him that was a lie. It is not genetics like doctors say. It is the processed food/junk food culture we live in. Stop poisoning yourself with the processed foods and you will not need P90X and their Nutrition Plan that is designed to keep you dependent on them.
