Can two dark people have a white child?

My question is can these two have a baby thats looks so white?

Mom is dark like (Gabrielle Union) and father like (Don Omar), and daughter looks like (Nahla Aubry) but a bit whiter with big green eyes and a bit more blonde?? Both parents have tight hair and child ahs lose curly hair.

To add father's father is really dark and mom is tan

Mothers father is her skin complxeion and mother is DARK!

Update:

Im asking because its my son granddaughter #1, #2 she cheated on him multiple times and we did not find out until not to long ago so now i have doubts! So it is my business!

    Well, in a case like this why don't they either have a paternity test or accept the child for the eye color/skin color.

    Also, I feel that is this couples business. Why bother looking so into this if it's not your child? That's how the rumor mill gets started.
