    Hey there,

Sorry to hear this...It is really scary I know. Im always rushing our daughter to the doctor when ever she don't eat or drink and they tell me the same thing every time.

Eating will happen when they feel good enough to eat, when they start to eat try the B.R.A.T diet with them. Fluids tho is your main thing, lots of clear drinks and even Popsicle's good..try and see if the little guy will drink pedalite, that has all the main vitamins such they need. If you go on to like 4 or 5 days with no eating take him back to do again!!! FLUIDS FLUIDS FLUIDS tho lots and lots to drink, dont want him getting dehydrated

Good luck Grand-Pa you'll do fine...

Perhaps you should blend up some really healthy foods if he can drink, make an orange smoothie with a bit of apple or banana in it. The trick to beating a flu or a cold is to eat and drink a lot of fruits or fruit juice, veggies and lots and lots of water when you can sneak it in. Hope you have a blender. The more vitamin C from orange juice and carrot juice or anything you can get him to drink the better he will; be. If all else fails... ask the doctor if there are special meal replacement drinks for two year old babies. Good luck and remember it wont last forever :)

It depends on whether he's vomiting or not, if he has a fever, etc. He needs to eat something anyway, because he won't have the energy to get better. Even if it's just soup, or porridge, or fruit.

Chicken soup is an anti-inflammatory and good for digestion.

It is also watery and boring to eat.

Add a packet of cheese powder like you get with mac and cheese to your soup to make it good.

Or add chicken broth to your mac and cheese instead of water.

I am not a doctor but kids do like mac and cheese so maybe this could be useful.

Try some applesauce. That is one thing that my kids would always eat when not feeling well.

a techniques as i understand no person has gotten any area outcomes. i'm confident in the experience that your grandson is 7 yrs previous with bronchial asthma i might watch him regardless. bronchial asthma looks to flare up whilst they get any variety of photos. i desire he will do large. stable success to you and your loved ones

continue to give him the antiviral meds as prescribed by the doctor, wash all hands better, give him plenty of water & popsicles. soup, fruit, veggies, juice, tea, etc have water -get creative. call the pediatrician if you have a medical concern. treat any pain & call 911 if he has difficulty breathing.
