When you use Bill Me Later, after you make your purchase you'llr eceive an email saying "thank you for using Bill me Later, a service by Paypal blah blah blah". Then about 10-14 days later you'll get the bill for your purchase in the mail with the balance and due date.

If you open your Bill Me Later account via PayPal then they will send it in an email, not regualr mail.

That's all. Nothing to worry about as long as you can pay it in time.

They send you the bills, just like any other creditor. They don't report to your credit unless you go delinquent. They check your credit report before they approve you for an account. I think it would be a good idea if you want to pay it in less than a month. They give you at least 30 days on regular purchases to pay off. Sometimes if they're doing promotions if you buy more than $99 with certain merchants they give you a year to pay it off interest free as long as you pay on time every month. That can be a good thing if you have to buy some big items!

As you can tell, I'm a Bill me later account holder, eBayer and PayPal user. Feel free to ask me any more questions.
