Gracias.

  • ¿Jerga argentina - ¿diccionario o sitio web?

    Hola

  • What if the "value" of your charity deduction is wrong? (charity auction tax deduction question)?

Hi! Thanks for all the help on Yahoo Answers! I saw someone recommended me to IRS Publication 526, that article explains a lot.

However I still have a question one of my charity auctions I won. It was for a CD/DVD signed combo pack and a T-shirt of said music musician. The said "value" that they wrote on the paper was $85. I bid $200 so according to IRS it should be the total donation minus the fair market value and that total put be as a charity deduction

However, the real value isn't $85. I will explain. At a later date I went to the music artist's concert--they were selling the same signed CD/DVD combo pack for $15 and the same t-shirt for $40. I don't mind that I paid more than the real value, BUT, I have a problem that they valued it at $85 when really someone could get the items for cheaper ($55).

    So here is my question:

For the fair market value I should claim $200 minus $55 which is $145, right? Since it really didn't cost $85 for the items.

    Thanks for the information.

  • Connecting two computers to high speed internet?

Hi! I have two PCs, (one using Windows Vista and one using Windows XP), I have high speed internet, and I want to be able to connect Wifi to XP's computer. The only thing is the internet is installed on Vista's computer, and XP system doesn't have WIFI. So, how can I use internet on the second computer? Is it possible to install a wireless router on XP's system? Thank you!

  • iPod help -can't add new songs.?

Everything was great the first few times I added songs to my iPod Nano. Now, each time I try to add/erase songs I use the USB cord that came with it and my computer does nothing. It just charges the iPod. I have upgraded to the new version of iTunes and I even tried MediaMonkey. I tried restarting the computer, I tried turning off the iPod, I tried putting it into different USB ports. I even tried to upload the songs on my other desktop but it just charges my iPod like my other computer. I tried troubleshooting in the iTunes but it didn't help. I'm not sure what to do. I CAN stil listen to the songs on my iPod I just can't upload new songs!

Is there anyone that can help me? Thank you:).

(I've posted this question in another forum without any answers, I am really looking for some help. Thank you!)
