how to make my upper back not hurt?
its been hurting for a while, only it feels like it needs to crack but every time i go to crack it, it hurts like a mofo. and when i lay down my ribs hurt. like they have too much pressure on them or from me standing up for so long they like need to be un-pressured (if you will, for lack of a better word) and it hurts to turn my upper body. like im sitting and i go to turn around to look at something and my back will hurt. ANY ideas on why this is happening or how to make it stop will be GREATLY appreciated
ive tried pain meds (advil & tylenol), heating methods (heating pad, microwave bean bag) and icy hot all have little or no success
