looking for a free video editiing tool.?
ok i'm looking for a good video editing tool with a similar feel to it as vagas pro or such. easy simple to use. and allows for voiceovers on a video with multi layer sound. maybe even allow me to cut out clips or add in clips. that would be nice but not necissary and i would like it to compile the file down to where i can toss in on youtube and do it in under 24 hours unlike a raw avi file or a mp4 file that always seems to take forever. thanks!!!

You could also try:

If you need to convert videos to different formats use freemake ( http://freemake.com/ ) its by far the best free converter.
You can also use audacity for editing audio for your videos ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/beta_wind... ). id recommend you get the lame mp3 encoder so you can export mp3s, and the ffmpeg codec so you can edit/rip audio straight from the video. Also why not get the plugins from that page too :P

Windows live essentials is free and includes a video editer if your are using windows 7. but i really dont know of any free video editing software you can always use www.torrentz.com to find vegas or after affects.

hi, i just come across koyotesoft. i reckon it will do the job and its free. I just dont know how to use it yet (computer dumb). Trying to find step by step instructions. Hopefully somebody will be able to help me????
