What do people who were blind from birth dream of?

People who became visually impaired later in life perhaps have some images from their earlier life to draw on but what about people who have never seen trough their eyes? do images still form in their dreams? even if they do, is it possible for them to describe them?

The blind, just like babies (because they can't really see either) dream in shapes and shadows. Most of it would not be distinct to us, but for them it is a lot.

That is a really good question. I would think that they would form their own images in their head from the sounds that they hear and from what they touch.
