    The Celeron. That Celeron CPU is based on the Core architecture, not the Netburst architecture, so it's not as as slow as you might think. That and every other spec is far better on it. You should be able to bump that up to a faster and relatively cheap Core 2 CPU. Not really so with the Pentium 4. There's really no question here.

    Id go with the windows 7 one since xp is pretty much out of date and it has more ram for gaming xp can only go to 2gb ram and 75 gb harddrive not much now a days plus with windows 7. You may be able to update to windows 8 when it comes out

    Get the Celeron. The resources are beefed up compared to the Pentium, plus Windows 7 is an advanced OS compared to Windows XP.
