Should I text him first?

Me & this guy started hanging out. We kissed nothing more. He has a 'complicated' situation w/ my friend. Im interested in him too.we were supposed to go out but I didnt feel ready so I 'bluffed' him. He hasnt texted me in 3 days. Should I text him or just let it go?

    Text him, I have learned boys aren't like girl. Girls text when they are bored or jut want to boys text when they have something pecial to say

    let it go. if he doesnt text you hes not interested, and thats the truth.
