Emancipation? Help<3?

Okay so I don't know how to edit my other question on this subject.

So I'm 15 I live in California, I can't get a job till I'm 16 due to most jobs don't hire till you're 16.

I want to be emancipated because I'm so unhappy living here. I have good reasons such as I never sleep at night due to my parents fighting constantly and I don't quite feel safe because I've been molested by a family member in my life who I live with now.. I want a way out and my friend told me being emancipated is easy you just have your parents sign a paper nd stuff.. So I was wondering what I'd have to do. How much itd cost and everything.. Because I feel I just need to get away.. ):

Before you get emancipated, figure out if you can pay for it.

If you are emancipated, you have to completely support yourself. Be realistic and figure out how much it'll cost you to live: rent, electricity, water, food, entertainment, transportation, etc. Maybe you can find somebody who is independent from their parents and ask how much money they need to live. Be realistic.

Then look at the jobs you can get. At 16, you'll probably have trouble even getting a minimum wage job while you are still going to high school. Look on CraigsList and find some jobs you can do. Figure out how much money you'll earn each month, subtract the deductions that your employer will take out (taxes and social security), and compare the two amounts. Can you afford it.

    Probably not.

So you'd be better of NOT getting emancipated. When you're emancipated you'll be considered an adult. Better to get help inside the system. Go to your high school counselor's office, sit down, and say you won't leave until somebody talks to you. Ask for help. It's their job to help you find a solution.
