When an atheist sneezes is it okay to say "God Bless You."?

It may cause us to spontaneously combust into a giant fireball.

Don't say anything and hand them a tissue...like an exceptional person.

Most are kids anyway so it doesn't matter. Smack him if he doesn't like it. Maybe check his behind too while you're at it.

You could say it to me if I sneeze I'm not going to get offended I'll say Thank you, but look up Dane Cooks atheist sneezing joke its really funny :)
