The underlying question is why you desire to have your boyfriend baptize you. If you have already been baptized, sure, it's a nice thought, but doesn't really accomplish anything if baptism is properly understood as the work of God whereby He gives you His Holy Spirit. If you haven't already been baptized, and you desire to receive baptism, since God is the one accomplishing His work, it doesn't really matter who is doing the baptizing, as long as it's done in the manner described by Jesus in Matthew 28: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

First you write up a Baptizing and posters license along with a work sheet then give it to him in church.

Any believer can baptize you if you believe, and if you have repented (turned away) from your sins.
