How much percentage would you give an online relationship's success?

They met online, get to know each other, communicated for a year and then are contemplating on meeting each other. I for one, don't believe anymore in this fantasy set-up, starting 4 years ago. What about you? Have you succeeded in yours? Do you know of someone who succeeded? Thanks for any contribution.
