Is Wilsoon Chandler coming back to the NBA any time this season. (Fantasy Basketball IQ)?

I know he's in china, but once everything finished out there in March will he be back in the NBA.  Im sure someone will pick him up..In my fantasy league hes just sitting there waiting to be picked up.  If anything he will be on waviers so I gotta get him early.  Anyone know is he coming back this season?

He will be back in march. I have him on my fantasy bench for fantasy playoffs, but I dont know if it is a good strategy because some days I dont have a lot of active players.

@The truth, Kenyon Martin was released from China because his wife had a baby or something and he was a problem in the locker room. He asked FIBA if he could return to the NBA, and FIBA said no and made it a final decision. No matter what happens to your China deal, you CANNOT play in the NBA before march.
