Utorrent is not Seeding?

I've started the download yesterday night and it's completed, according to utorrent, but then it says it's seeding...But from what I read from the bottom of the app, it says Seeds: 0 out of 400connected -145 swarms-; Peers: 10 out of 282 connected -31 swarm- what does that mean??? This is my first time downloading torrent so :p

    U have completed download. Its good.

    And not seeding, its good too. Seeding does useless stuff, we don't have to do that. Just download and make it stop. Seeding just improves downloading speed of other users. And use kat.ph, thepiratebay.org, torrentz.eu, extratorrent.com

    these websites are gud for torrents.

    If you are interested then visit torrific.com, this website converts torrent into direct link. It is a bit complecated. I prefer torrific.com instead of downloading torrents. Torrent block speed, u get limited speed.

    Direct link is always better.
